At our facility, we will offer comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and aspirations of both young and old. For the younger generation, we aim to instil values such as self-confidence, respect, and perseverance through structured boxing classes. Our experienced coaches will work closely with young boxers, teaching them proper techniques while emphasizing safety and sportsmanship. In addition to our program we monitors boxing activities during training and practice times, evaluates performances of program participants, explains techniques, and assists with skills improvement.
